CRASH 2012 is proud to again offer American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) at the conference this year. This course incorporates an on-line program in conjunction with classroom skill verification which is done in Vail. Two time slots are available: March 5th from 1030-1200 or March 6th from 1030-1200 . Thirteen category 1 CME are generated in conjunction with this course. Basic Life Support (BLS) can also be recertified after completion of an online BLS course. PALS/BLS

CRASH 2012 is proud to be offering an American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course at the conference this year. Since there is no online PALS program, this class will be done in regular classroom format and will take 2 days to complete. The time frame is from 1-3pm on March 5th and 6th . Basic Life Support (BLS) can also be recertified after completion of an online BLS course. This 2 hour course is focused for the lay responder for ages 10 years and above. Great for the family to learn simple, life saving techniques, such as how to treat a choking victim, how to perform CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). No prior experience needed, kids under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. All skills and interactive DVD learning with lots of manikin practice. No written exam. Cost includes Friends and family booklet and AHA Friends and Family completion card.
